Scope
This notice applies to the Auranox websites operated by Auranox PTE. LTD. — including the Auranox Core, Auranox AI, Auranox Edge, and Auranox Holding sites. The specific cookies set depend on which Auranox site you are visiting; the consent banner on each site reflects the cookies used there. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They let a site remember information about your visit — such as your preferences and session state — so subsequent visits can be faster and more relevant. We also use similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage; where we say “cookies,” we mean all of these.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies to keep our websites functional and secure, to remember your preferences, to understand how visitors use our sites, and — on some sites — to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
3. Types of cookies we use
Across our websites, cookies fall into four categories. Not every category is used on every site.
- Strictly necessary — required for a site to operate and stay secure (for example, session management and security). These cannot be disabled.
- Performance / analytics — anonymous or pseudonymized data about how visitors use a site (for example, page views and navigation paths). We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for this.
- Functional — remember your preferences to personalize your experience (for example, language or region).
- Marketing — where used, measure the performance of marketing campaigns and content engagement.
4. Cookies we set
Each Auranox site publishes the specific cookies it sets, their category, purpose, and duration. The table below is illustrative and is reconciled against the cookies actually set on each site at build. [Per-site cookie names and durations to be confirmed.]
| Cookie | Category | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Consent preference | Strictly necessary | Auranox | Remembers your cookie choices | [to confirm] |
| Session / security | Strictly necessary | Auranox | Maintains session state and protects against cross-site request forgery | [to confirm] |
| _ga, _ga_* | Analytics | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes visitors and measures site usage | [to confirm] |
| _clck, _clsk (and similar) | Analytics | Microsoft Clarity | Understands how visitors interact with pages | [to confirm] |
| Functional (e.g. language, region) | Functional | Auranox | Remembers your preferences | [to confirm — site-dependent] |
| Marketing (campaign attribution) | Marketing | [provider] | Measures campaign performance | [to confirm — site-dependent] |
5. Third-party cookies
Some pages include content or functionality from third parties (for example, analytics providers Google and Microsoft, or embedded video). These parties may set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not permit third-party advertising networks to set cookies on our sites. We describe how we share information with these providers in our Privacy Policy.
6. Managing your preferences
6.1 Cookie consent banner
When you first visit an Auranox site, a consent banner lets you accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. In line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” control in the site footer.
6.2 Browser controls
You can also view, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will affect how our sites work. Browser guidance is available for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
6.3 Opt-out tools
For analytics, Google provides a browser opt-out add-on for Google Analytics, and Microsoft describes how to manage Microsoft Clarity in its documentation. Where marketing cookies are used on an Auranox site, you can decline or withdraw consent for them at any time through that site's cookie banner and “Cookie Settings” control.
7. Updates to this notice
We may update this notice as the technologies we use change. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, display a notice on our sites.
